By using GeoPulse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
GeoPulse is a prediction market platform where users predict outcomes of geopolitical events using virtual tokens. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using GeoPulse, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- One account per person is permitted
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
5. Virtual Tokens
- Tokens are virtual items with no real-world value
- Tokens cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for money
- Token balances may be adjusted for promotional purposes
- We reserve the right to modify the token system
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate markets or outcomes
- Create multiple accounts
- Interfere with the App's operation
- Harass other users
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of GeoPulse are owned by Matador Solutions Ltd and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee accuracy of market outcomes
- We are not responsible for user decisions based on market data
- Service availability may vary
9. Limitation of Liability
Matador Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Market Resolution, Holds & Voiding
- Markets are resolved by reference to publicly available information after the market's stated deadline.
- We aim to resolve markets and credit any winnings promptly. However, where a market's outcome is uncertain, disputed, or cannot be confirmed with reasonable confidence, settlement may be held pending review rather than completed immediately.
- Held markets are reviewed and finalised within a reasonable period.
- Where a market is ambiguous, poorly defined, or cannot be fairly resolved, we may void it. If a market is voided, staked tokens are returned in full and no position is settled as won or lost.
- All resolution, hold, and voiding decisions are made at our discretion. As set out in section 5, tokens have no real-world or monetary value.
Disputes
- If you believe a market has been resolved or voided in error, contact us at contact@geopulseapp.com. We consider disputes on a case-by-case basis. Any resulting adjustment is made solely in virtual tokens and is final.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
